Well after last weeks debacle that was swimming we had a great lesson. Bennett was very very good (the bribery of a new towel and a hug from Meghan must have paid off!!

Ouchies, Asthma & Weerama
A few nights ago Bennett was partaking in his chore of feeding the dogs:- We didn't think it could be such a dangerous job. Bennett probably shouldn't get in the way of Jumble and her food!!!

NB - Jumble wasn't actually involved, he tripped on the way to the backyard, headfirst into the couch!!
So..... the asthma......
Last night we had a shocking night with Bennett, Paul was up to him about every 15 minutes or so (and before you feel sorry for him, he did managed to watch most of the cricket!!) About 5am Bennett's breathing was really laboured but he was was in good spirits so we decided to wait until the doctors opened rather than rush off to the hospital.
The doctor confirmed that Bennett has asthma. Hopefully it will just be like Daddy and only surface when he has a cold, but at this stage he is on medication and 4 hourly ventolin. We have to go back to the doctor on Tuesday to see how he is travelling. As he was feeling a bit better we decided to head down to Werribee's Weerama festival, we met Ama and Pa at Macca's and then headed to the activities.

SNAP
(almost) 3 is such an awesome age - by far the most fun yet!! I can now see why most games are for ages 3 and up they just seem to "get" it now. Bennett is loving his wiggles snap and his blues clues card game which is "in the bin" (ie put away for a week as he would'nt pack it up)
This is Bennett and Daddy playing snap tonight (mummy had already lost all her cards)

See I told you he needed to start Gymnastics!!!
Little Fishy
Our little swimming boy had his last parent and babies swimming class yesterday as we were told during the lesson that Bennett will be going up to the K1 class next week. He is so proud of himself and has told mummy she has to sit on the side with the other mummies.

Zoo Twilights - Mark Seymour
On Saturday Night Bennett and Mummy went off to see Mark Seymour at the Melbourne Zoo.
We arrived at 5:30 (expecting him to come on at 6:30) Alas at 7:30 he finally came on and Bennett decided he was ready to go home. I managed to get him to comply until 8:45 then we packed up to leave... as we were walking up the path to the exit Mark Seymour sang Throw Your Arms Around Me, which was a great way to end a really fun night.
Unfortunately keeping Bennett entertained for that amount of time meant lots of eating. Which he decided to puke all over his bed and himself that night!!!

Bennett's First SleepOver
On Thursday 8th of March, Daddy had a work dinner and Mummy, Ama & Pa went to see Luka Bloom - so who was going to look after Bennett???
Relly and Milla and Finn of course. As expected, Bennett was an absolute angel for Rel and slept all night and no tears!!! Not following in his Mummy's footsteps which is good seeing as Ama and Pa couldn't get her to stay anywhere until she was 9 years old!!!!!!
